C0-CURRICULAR

There are so many opportunities for Daffodils’ students to follow their
passions whether they be on the sporting fields, the pool, the stage,
the studio or the great outdoors.

SPORTS

All students from Primary 1 to Primary 7 participate in our extensive sports program both at a House level and inter school competitions. Sport is a compulsory aspect of school life for all students. The high level of engagement and performance of Daffodils’ students in a wide variety of sports is a real feature of school life. An exceptional team of onsite and guest coaches and mentors support all abilities and aspirations.

MUSIC

Music is a vibrant and exciting aspect of co-curricular life at Daffodils. Our students perform in a wide range of ensembles across age, year and instrument levels. The annual music,dance, and drama program details
extensive opportunities for the community to enjoy the superb
performances of our talented students.

DRAMA

There is a very long tradition of outstanding performance in music and drama at Daffodils. With thriving music and performing arts departments, hundreds of students participate in ensembles offered at all levels of the School. In our drama courses, students study a range of style including Cultural Dance, Musical Theater and Indigenous Storytelling.

VISUAL ARTS

Life drawing is a co-curricular activity which is open to Daffodils’ students. Classes run weekly for three terms, and students attend classes to develop and extend their observational and expressive drawing skills. Within sessions, students are introduced to a variety of strategies and techniques in drawing, painting and sculpting the figure from life.
